Transverse Abdominal Muscle Exercise to treat Low Back Pain

In searching for a video to demonstrate an exercise to strengthen the transverse abdominal muscles (rather than make my own), I came across this little gem, and so I pass it on.

Atonic (or out of tone) abdominal muscles play a significant role in having low back pain. And this is especially true of the transverse abdominal muscles that has as its attachments:
Origin: Anterior Iliac crest, lateral half of the inquinal ligament, thoracolumbar fascia and cartilages of ribs 6 – 12.
Insertion: Abdominal aponeurosis to linea alba, xiphiod process and pubic symphysis.
Acts to compress the abdomen.

Enjoy, let me know how this one works for you.
